With dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Managerial Sciences (HR concentration) from Georgia State University, she has mastered the art of designing efficient processes that not only drive growth but create sustainable impact.

Her own journey reflects this. In addition to Your Other Mind, she founded The Spirit Womxn, a sacred Spiritual community space for BIPOC people, and the Bembé Caribbean Dance Foundation, an ode to her Caribbean heritage celebrating culture and movement. Each of these ventures aligns with her mission to help others activate their highest impact and elevate their unique pathways to success.
A survivor of gun violence and PTSD, Tanisha’s transformation story has become the bedrock of her work.
